At Seven Trees Cider we believe in crafting exceptional cider and perry that celebrate the natural flavours of the fruit we use.
Our nano-scale cidery is based in Tilehurst, Reading and we produce around 2,000 litres of local craft cider and a small amount of perry annually.
We select only the best fruit for our juice and harvest a range of culinary and dessert apples from gardens and orchards in Reading and across Berkshire.
We also access a small amount of Berkshire grown cider and perry varieties from a beautiful orchard near Shefford Woodlands.
We have developed a super relationship with the team that manage North Down Orchard near Crewkerne in Somerset. This means we have access to a beautiful range of traditional bittersweet, bittersharp, sharp and sweet cider apple varieties.
All our ciders are fermented slowly using naturally occurring wild yeasts which builds complexity of flavour. Our ciders are then blended before packaging into bottle or Bag-in-Box.
Our ciders and perries have achieved numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze awards over many years at the prestigious British Cider Championships, the largest cider competition in the UK.
We were delighted to win the Champion British Farmhouse Cider for our Orchard Press (medium) cider and receive the Pewterers' Trophy at the British Cider Championships in May 2026.
Being a Reading cider maker we are extremely proud to supply a range of pubs, bottle shops and festivals locally.
We are delighted to offer retail sales direct to the public from our home cidery at specific dates across the year.
